Ah, was it just last week when I was getting ready to go to the beach in Ibiza? The gentle breeze on my back, sand under my feet and rather a lot of naked people with their bits out for a toasting? Wonderful. (My pics on flickr)
Yes, Ibiza was wonderful and the music was fantastic (I recognised about two tracks being played on any one night. They’re so forward-looking). Top Kill was given an outing in the villa one morning, but I couldn’t help but think that it sounded a little melancholy in the sunshine, so, like Little Boots, I’ve got the remedy.
From Ms Kelly Rowland pushes the vuvuzelas aside to announce her role as dance commander, through Space Cowboy’s filter disco frenzy, to retro chart-bothering madness from Yolanda Be Cool & DCUP all the way to electro Aussies Gypsy & The Cat to Jay Dabhi’s hugely successful collision with Shannon and the killer Mark Knight slice up of Murray Head’s One Night in Bangkok – there is no let up. You must dance. You will dance.
